Stephan Gotthardt is a senior executive with a strong international portfolio of (end-to-end) supply chain, operations and general management experience, with proven performance in global, strategic and cross-functional projects. He has demonstrated success in several change management initiatives on local and global scale, fundamental re-design of product launch and life cycle processes, restructuring of supply chains, establishment of a customer-centric mindset.

Since 2016, Stephan has been the Senior Vice President Europe Supply Chain at Teva Pharmaceuticals in the Netherlands. Teva Europe includes 20+ production sites and 25+ markets and more than 30,000 SKUs and the external manufacturing network includes 200+ 3rd Party Manufacturers.

Between 1996 and 2016 Stephan has covered various roles at Boehringer Ingelheim Group, in Germany and the U.S., with his latest role being Vice President Global Supply Chain Management. In this role, he was in charge of, among others, management of Boehringer Ingelheim's global product supply, incl. information flow, material flow; governance of processes and systems, rules and regulations, performance management and target setting; global trade Governance, incl. import, export and customs.
