Santiago Duarte has over 15 years of experience across multiple industries ranging from healthcare to consumer goods, with a proven track record of streamlining tech landscapes to drive end-to-end transformations. He is currently the Global VP for Supply Chain Technology at Anheuser-Busch InBev.

Santiago started his career at General Electric Healthcare in Milwaukee, WI as part of the Technical Leadership Program, and then joined the consulting arm of GE Healthcare where he focused on advising healthcare systems how to apply Lean concepts to streamline their processes. He also worked at Copa Airlines in Panama to lead the implementation of the operational excellence program across operations. He led the consulting arm of Genpact in Latin America, to advise clients on their GBS strategy and implementation. He then joined Anheuser-Busch InBev, through the acquisition of SABMiller, where he has led large-scale transformation programs across Latin America and now globally.

Santiago’s broad experience across industries gives him a unique approach to driving digital transformation to optimize efficiency and productivity while coaching and developing teams to fuel company growth. In his current role, he is standardizing the brewing and logistics technology landscape across regions to share developments and integrate the supply chain through data to create the Supply Chain of the Future.

Santiago is a proud father of 2 sons, Esteban and Sergio, pursues his goals and dreams with his wife Gala, loves Indian cuisine, is currently learning the art of cooking a Brazilian churrasco, and loves to spend time with family and friends enjoying a good meal.
