In May 2021, Florent Guillet-Caillot was appointed to Vice President, Strategy and Chief of Staff, Global Supply Chain at The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC). Prior to taking on this role, Florent served as Plant Manager of ELC’s manufacturing facility in Lachen, Switzerland, where he was responsible for overseeing the approximately 250 employee manufacturing sites to deliver strong enhancements across environmental health and safety (EHS), quality, cost, people and delivery. Florent also initiated and led the Global Supply Chain fragrance strategy focusing on business continuity, agility, cost, innovation and service. Prior to this role, he served as Executive Director, Third-Party Manufacturing Supply Chain and played a vital role in creating an integrated supply chain management process to improve performance across EMEA. Before joining ELC in 2016, Florent worked for P&G where he held a variety of sourcing and transformation roles including Global Coty Transition Leader, Senior Supply Chain Manager and Senior Purchasing Manager.
