Kaushal has over 15 years of experience in leading Digital initiatives and Supply Chain transformation programs with a specialty in Technology, Innovation and Process Design. At Aera, he’s responsible for leading customer engagements, solution delivery and also the newly established Center of Excellence, which delivers packaged cognitive skills and products for quicker time to value and transformation. Prior to Aera, Kaushal was the Global Head of Supply Chain Solutions at Anaplan where he led design, development and go-to-market strategy. Before that, he held similar roles at E2Open and as a Supply Chain practitioner at KLA-Tencor and Siemens.
