Fred Simoes has dedicated over 15 years to Novartis, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. After holding numerous leadership positions in the company, in 2019, Fred became the Global CFO of the Business Services division, a 12,000+ people strong organization which is responsible for the provision of IT, Real Estate, HR, Accounting, Procurement, Commercial and Medical Services across 70 counties. Before joining Novartis in 2005, Fred dedicated over 8 years to General Electric, which is where his career in finance began. Fred's passions lie in partnering with business leaders to deliver strategy and profitable growth, and leading large-scale transformation.
